Needless to say, this is very fragile steel and needs careful handling from stage 1. Thru our specialized furnaces and equipments and advanced annealing cycles, we are able to achieve 99 % spherodization, which is an industry bench mark. Proper surface treatment, gentle area reduction, repeated stress relieving finally deliver a reliable product free from surface pit marks and cracks.
